# Hobbies
Things I do when I'm not working — allowing myself to explore different interests and activities.
# Sports

Padel
I practice it as much as I can, usually with my trustful partner Márcio — my right-hand on the court.

Kickboxing
Practiced for a couple of years and loved every session — been off the game lately, but I never say no to a good sparring session.
# TV Series

Dark
The most intricately plotted time-travel story I've come across. Demands your full attention and rewards it.

Severance
Unsettling, original, and beautifully crafted. One of the few shows where every episode raises the stakes.

The Pitt
Raw and relentless. Follows a single shift in an ER with almost no cuts — the pacing is unlike anything else.

Chernobyl
Haunting and meticulously researched. The cost of lies told in slow motion.

Narcos
Gripping from start to finish. The Escobar seasons are some of the best television ever made.

Squid Game
Brutal social commentary wrapped in a survival thriller. Completely deserved the global attention it got.

The Crown
Masterfully produced. A fascinating lens into power, duty, and the cost of the crown.

His Dark Materials
An underrated adaptation that does justice to the books. Deeply imaginative world-building.

Peaky Blinders
Tommy Shelby is one of the great TV characters. Style, tension, and a killer soundtrack.

Game of Thrones
Peak television for the first six seasons. Nothing matched the sense of scale and consequence it had at its best.

Shogun
The 2024 remake is a genuine masterpiece — patient, layered, and visually stunning throughout.
# Movies

Interstellar
An amazing depiction of space exploration and some interesting scientific concepts.

Oppenheimer
Incredible portrayal of the historical events surrounding the development of the atomic bomb.

Up
A great movie filled with heart, humor, and unforgettable moments.

All Quiet on the Western Front
Brutal and unsparing. The 2022 adaptation was an incredible portrayal of the horrors of war.

The Father
An incredible and brutal insight into the struggles of aging and dementia, and their impact on relationships.

Kung Fu Panda
Genuinely wise underneath all the fun. "There is no secret ingredient" lands every time.
Avatar
Nothing has matched it visually since. A world worth getting lost in on a big screen.

Coco
Pixar doing what Pixar does best — sneaking in something profound while you're not looking.
# Gaming

Path of Exile
Deep ARPG with an incredibly complex build system and a dark, unforgiving world. The crafting alone could fill a wiki.

Path of Exile 2
A slower, more deliberate take on the formula. Visually stunning and already showing a lot of promise.

Civilization
The "one more turn" trap. Few games match the satisfaction of building an empire from a single settler.

Hearthstone
Quick card game sessions that somehow turn into hours of gameplay, I usually play mostly battlegrounds.

League of Legends
Been playing on and off since the early seasons. Lately I mostly enjoy the occasional ARAM from time to time.

Escape from Tarkov
Hardcore extraction shooter. Brutal, tense, and incredibly satisfying when everything comes together.

Minecraft
Creative sandbox with no limits. Sometimes you just want to build something without a deadline.
